Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
1) Are your products fresh or frozen?
Answer: All of our products are made
fresh for your sale. Our Gourmet Cookie Dough
and Deli-fresh Sandwiches are made to order
and delivered fresh to you.
2) What are your recommendations for
storing your products? Can I freeze you subs & croissants?
Answer: We recommend that you
refrigerate all of our products immediately upon receiving them. If you
plan to eat them soon, you may store them in the refrigerator. You will
find a recommended shelf-life dated on each container. Otherwise, they may
be frozen for 3-6 months. When you remove them from the freezer, thaw them
in the refrigerator, and they will be as good as they were fresh.
3) I know several people with food
allergies, especially to peanuts. Are your cookies safe for them to eat?
Answer: We have several varieties of
cookie dough, many that contain no nuts. We are very cautious about any
peanut residue on any utensils or mixers. It is, however, virtually
impossible to guarantee 100% health safety because we cannot monitor the
products that come into our plant from other sources. It would be our
recommendation that you call us and talk to our staff about your
particular allergy.
4) Can I bake just a few cookies and
freeze the rest of the dough?
Answer: The answer is
"Yes!" Buy several varieties, bake a few of each, and freeze the
rest for later.
5) Where can I buy your subs and cookie
dough?
Answer: We are a fundraising
organization and there are always schools, churches and athletic groups selling
our products. If you call our toll-free number,
we will be happy to help you find a group nearby.
6) In what states are your products
available?
Answer: We service the Continental 48
states. Minimum's do apply. Contact
us for details.
7) Do you set limits on the size of our
order?
Answer: We try not to restrict any group
or individual from doing a fund raiser with us. We do, however, put
limitations on the size of the orders we will deliver. We invite anyone
who is interested to visit us at our home base
in Holland, MI and pick up their orders, or we will work with you to make
special arrangements for small orders. Call us
for specific details.
8) Do you sell just cookie dough and sub
sandwiches?
Answer: Absolutely not! We have a
wide variety of idea's for any type of fundraiser. Please browse through

9) What about the money? Should
our sellers collect the money as they sell, or should they wait until they
deliver the product?
Answer: We leave that up to the
individual fundraising
committee, but it makes it easier to conclude the sale if your sellers collect
as they sell. The money is then already in your hands, so there is no
waiting for people to turn it in later. Another plus is that the customer
will be more likely to come pick up their order a lot quicker if it has been
paid for up front.
10) How do we get a sale started?
Answer:
Just call
us at our toll-free number and we will be happy to help you
make all of your choices and all of your decisions regarding your
fundraiser. Our friendly staff will ship all of your brochures and arrange
for one of our experienced drivers to deliver your order directly to your
door. What could be easier? (Oops, I almost forgot. We're supposed to
be the ones answering the questions here, aren't we? :o)
